Categories & Criteria
There are 15 categories in this year’s awards, broken down into individual and company awards. All entries that meet the criteria will be judged by an independent group of industry experts.
This year we have two new, exciting categories rewarding the Best Contact Centres with under and over 100 seats. Finalists in these categories will not be judged by the panel but subject to a site visit.
The awards are open to companies employing more than five people within a contact centre in Wales. The business must have its own Welsh identity/brand for multi-site/service operations. Any national or regional initiatives submitted must have been carried out within a Wales-based contact centre during 2011.
Only three entries per company per category will be accepted. All rules must be followed as incorrect submissions will be disqualified.
