Organised each year by the Welsh Contact Centre Forum the awards offer you, via a range of sponsorship opportunities, the ability to reach over 200 major employers and 28,000 employees within the contact centre and shared service industry.

This year there are 15 award categories available for sponsorship plus support for individual items such as programmes and invites. There really is a package for everyone – no matter what size your budget.

To ensure you get the maximum benefit from your sponsorship we have not created pre-determined packages, rather we want to speak to you so that we can design a bespoke offer that exactly meets your marketing and business needs.

Sponsors’ Benefits

There are two levels of sponsorship:

• the provision of goods or services, such as table dressing, flowers, drinks reception; or the patronage of items such as the Awards’ programme, known as Support Sponsorship.
• The support of individual awards, known as Category Sponsorship.

All sponsorship can be tailored to meet your marketing and business objectives. The Awards sponsorship team will be happy to discuss with you your needs and budget and to create a bespoke package for your consideration.

Support Sponsorship

Items at this level include sponsorship of the Awards’ programme, Awards’ invites, table dressing, and Awards’ pre-dinner drinks reception. For the complete range of options please contact the sponsorship team.

As an example, sponsors of supporting items will enjoy benefits such as:

Sponsorship value up to £500:

• Company name and logo featured on table menu/Awards’ programme.
• Company name and logo featured on high profile web site.

Sponsorship value over £500 and up to £1,000:

• Company name and logo featured on table menu/Awards’ programme.
• Company name and logo featured on high profile web site.
• Company name featured on stage during the Awards.

Category sponsorship:

There are 15 categories, each with a sponsorship value of £4,000. Category sponsors will not be allowed to enter that category.

As an example, category sponsors will enjoy benefits such as:

• Company name and logo featured on table menu/Awards’ programme.
• Company name and logo featured on high profile web site.
• Company name featured on stage during the Awards.
• Recognition at Awards of sponsors’ support, including on stage presentation of category award.
• Press release announcing all category sponsors and reference in all appropriate publicity material.

All sponsors will benefit from a bespoke package to support sponsor’s marketing and business goals.
